Our standard processing time is 1 to 5 business days. (except the weekends and holidays). Some custom orders may require additional time. In the event your custom order falls outside the standard processing time, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Once your order is ready to ship, a shipping label will be created, and you will receive a notification with the tracking number. Delivery times vary due to the shipping method.
Free shipping is offered within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories for orders $20 or more. Orders under $20 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 when shipped within the US, Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories. International orders will incur a $14(USD) flat rate shipping fee. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping service is selected based on shipping times and rates at the time of shipping. Orders within the continental U.S. should arrive on average within 7 days. Customers will have an option to upgrade and pay for expedited shipping.
For international shipments: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, import fees, tariffs, taxes or duties, additional national fees, etc. Please research the regulations for your country before ordering. We are not responsible for any such fees or delay/lost during transportation.
Inspect your order upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
