We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your purchase to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received-unworn, unfolded or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at Rita@SpecialtiesbyRita.com. Once a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please keep the tracking number of your returned package for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damage incurred in return shipping. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned due to nature of the item. It will be written in the description of each item if it is not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and the refund is approved. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Processing time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.
